Jenny Mitchell

jenny youngJenny has been part of the BIS team for over 5 years beginning her journey as payroll manager. She was promoted to office and accounts manager at the beginning of 2011. Along with Kathryn Howard she assists the day to day running of the company. In 2013 Jenny completed the ILM Level Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Jenny's history includes working for payroll and financial companies including taking a break to raise her family.

Jenny has been on TV in surprise surprise, where they flew her family over from Australia for her little sister's wedding.

Carolyn Collins

Administration Officer

carolyn collinsCarolyn previously worked in a variety of administrative roles from an international charity to a parish office. In recent years she has had personal experience of the challenges facing families living with Alzheimer's disease. Carolyn's primary role is to assist the Case Managers with administrative tasks.

Carolyn has an eye for detail and enjoys proofreading reports. Carolyn proofreads any INAs which the case managers have written up.

Carolyn is a keen bellringer and has been since the age of 19, where she also met her husband.

Laura Rose

HR Officer

laura roseLaura joined the Brain Injury Services team in January 2015. Her previous employment involved working in the public sector in administration and finance and is knowledgeable about PHB. Her key roles are processing payroll and HR administration. Laura attends training and workshops on a regular basis to keep her knowledge in these continually evolving areas up to date. In April 2015 Laura achieved a Payroll Assistant certificate.

Laura has a lovely black pug called Pharaoh, who often pops into the office to see everyone.

Jessica Gega

Administrative Assistant / Health & Safety Officer

jessica gegaJessica has been a member of the Administration team since June 2014, when she returned to work after being at home with her two boys. Jessica has previous admin experience of medical care from working in a reception of a private psychiatric hospital for 4 years. Jessica currently assists the Case Managers with their workload and also manages the storage of data held on behalf of our clients in line with the data protection act and confidentiality policies. Jessica oversees the Health and Safety for the Business.

Jessica has been learning Ballroom and Latin dancing for 2 years and loves growing her own vegetables at home.
