We focus on the person's ability rather than their disabilities, regardless of whether a person has substantial and complex needs or more moderate needs. Our case management team ensures that everyone we support can establish and maintain a lifestyle as near as possible to the life they would have achieved were it not for their brain injury. We work with that person to be as independent as possible and celebrate the smallest of achievements and most importantly have fun in the process.
We endeavour to have our recommendations and the associated budget signed off by the instructing party prior to beginning any case management services. This enables all parties to have a clear and direct responsibility. By using this informed approach, we can then work collaboratively with our client, their family, financial deputy and significant others in forming plans and client specific goals that are meaningful and achievable.
Once the instructing party has chosen which case manager will suit their client's needs, following a non-obligatory fee meet & greet, we can facilitate either a full initial needs assessment or for shorter work remits or settled cases a case management summary. Both come with prospective budgets of identified input and recommendations.
Following the instruction of the case manager we assign the client one office contact and depending on need and volume of work, an assistant case manager. By adopting a small team approach, we ensure there is always more than one person familiar with the client and family needs. Kathryn Howard, Director of Case Management, ensures she has met or is familiar with all clients Brain Injury Services Ltd works with in which to retain clinical governance and manage on call services for the company.
Our office team offers services such as recruitment, personnel, equipment ordering, budget management and payroll, which will also be individually assigned to a case to ensure support in all areas depicted in running a professional case.

We offer Case Management across the South East of England; Initial Needs Assessments nationwide and in Europe. We also offer advice and assistance on Personal Health Budget management services. Brain Injury Services Ltd are also CQC registered and adhere to all their rules and regulations.
