We have our own HR and payroll department. We follow all CQC requirements accordingly and keep up with all the changes in employment law working alongside Peninsula. All documentation and processes meet GDPR compliance.

We carry out the following on behalf of the client:

  • Advertising - we source the cheapest option for the client
  • Short listing of applications
  • Interviews - including sourcing suitable venues to hold interviews
  • Issue an offer pack
  • Complete enhanced DBS checks and employment references
  • Issue contract of employment
  • Arrange training and inductions - includes sourcing of specialist training
  • Arrange supervisions and appraisals
  • Payroll Services - this is a fixed fee which includes administration, payslips and end of year return
  • Disciplinaries, grievance and staff complaints are in line with specialist employment advice.
