Bank Support Worker


Langton Green, Kent
Bank support workers are required to assist our client to be as independent as possible in her own home. She is very creative, likes watching movies, looking after her pets and seeing her friends. She likes to create a fun positive atmosphere around her with banter and laughter. Her acquired brain injury causes her to have impaired memory, anxiety and some physical issues. Her pain can cause some irritability and fatigue. She needs support with socialising, attending appointments and life skills.
Whilst past experience working with someone with an acquired brain injury would be of benefit; personality and sensitivity to our client’s needs are of equal importance.
Various bank shifts available. Pay will be between £8.50 - £10.50 per hour, depending upon shift allocation. Clean driving licence is essential, satisfactory DBS and referencing required.

Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker


Horsham, Sussex
Our client, a 43-year-old gentleman, living in his own adapted home requires Rehabilitation Support Workers to work with him on a 1:1 basis. His acquired brain injury causes him to have impaired memory, speech difficulties, executive functioning difficulties and fatigue. His interests include football, cooking, movies, technology and F1.
You should be patient, caring and enthusiastic.
Your responsibility will be to support progression towards goals, facilitate activities, liaise with family and professionals and complete relevant documentation.

Personal Assistant


Haywards Heath
Lady in her mid-50’s living in own home in Haywards Heath with complex physical disabilities, needs support from PA’s to maintain her independence & choice. You will need to deliver personal care, facilitate activities and provide administrative support.
Shifts available:
Sundays 16:00-20:00
Tuesday morning 08.00-11.00 (maternity cover)
Monday morning 07.00-10.00
Bank (cover for holidays/sickness)

Rehabilitation Support Worker


Horton Kirby, Kent
Our client is a 15 years old male, looking for a support worker to work with him and the team in his own home. He has an acquired brain injury that affects his hearing, visual perception, fatigue and his cognitive skills. He is aiming through continuing rehabilitation with his multidisciplinary team to build up his skills and reach his maximum potential. He needs support with homework and GCSE exam revision, rehabilitation programmes and daily living life skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual to support our client in these different areas.
The hours to cover will vary depending on the client’s needs, and will start with work after school hours, initially 3 hours per week. A bank contract is offered to a flexible individual, as it is expected hours will increase to include some weekend work.
Clean driving licence, successful DBS and referencing required.

Rehabilitation Support Worker


Tatsfield, Kent
Lady, mid 30’s, requires a female rehabilitation support worker to work 1:1 in her own home. Acquired brain injury causes her to have impaired memory, high anxieties, chronic pain and fatigue. Independent with transfers and most personal care. Requires support to progress with goal led care plans.
Role 1 - 22 hours per week (worked as one shift including a sleeping night), on a 4 week rolling rota.
Role 2 - 44 hours per week, on a 4 week rolling rota.
Female staff required as a genuine occupational qualification (Sexual Discrimination Act 1975).

Rehabilitation Support Worker


Rainham, Essex
Our client is a 28-year-old man, looking for a part-time rehabilitation support worker to work with him and his team. He has an acquired brain injury and epilepsy that affects his fatigue and cognitive skills. We are looking for a rehabilitation support worker to work closely with clinicians, following their guidelines under the supervision of an experienced Team Leader. He currently lives in his own home, with 24-hour support. You should be of enthusiastic character with the ability to motivate and encourage our client in his continued rehabilitation. Whilst experience of working with someone with a severe brain injury and epilepsy would be an advantage, your personality and enthusiasm are of equal importance.
This is not a basic care role
Support is usually required to cover 9 or 24 hour shifts in a 4-week rota. Part time hours as well as bank positions are available. Flexibility is a requirement.
